Our booking process at Forge Social House requires an $1800 deposit with a signed Wedding Event Contract to confirm on our calendar.

Yes. At Forge Social House, we are very flexible with our groups.
Please note, outside caterers must bring all food items ready to serve. No access to kitchen, prep area, or facilities not listed on invoice will be included in service.
Depending on the day and time of your event, will determine the parking situation. We have a parking lot next to our venue that is available after 5pm Monday – Friday and on the weekends.
Our Wedding Contract states:
“Buffet food will be removed and returned to the kitchen after one hour or after everyone has been served, whichever occurs first. Food
not consumed during this time frame will be returned to the kitchen. No food will be packaged for take-out.”
We do not currently provide the wedding cake, and once your wedding group is confirmed, we will share a few great bakeries that we would love for your to check out.
Of course! There are some wonderful local bakeries in Boulder City, as well as some phenomenally talented bakeries over the hill (in Vegas). If you need guidance, once we have you booked on our calendar, we would be happy to provide guidance further.
We have three options for Bar Packages.
OPEN BAR | $43 per person. Includes everything on our Bar Selections Menu for 3.5 hours.
HOSTED BAR | Choose how much you would like to put down on the bar for your guests. Minimum $450.
CASH BAR | Guests are financially responsible for their own bar tabs. The bar is CASH ONLY. $300 Bartender Fee.
We have a rule at Forge Social House – if the child requires a seat, they count as a guest. If you have picked an Open Bar package, please let our team know how many guests in your wedding group are under 21 years of age, and we will revise your invoice to reflect your group.

Once a group has booked with us, we can provide further information on vendors that we have previously worked with at Forge Social House.
Yes. Candles with flame are allowed at Forge Social House.
The venue has an intimate setting, and we do not book more than one event at a time. Our wedding groups receive access to the full facility including the main hall, courtyard, and rooftop balcony.
Of course! We require our groups to hire Fairy Tail Pet Care, and they ensure that your best friend is well taken care of and never is off leash during your ceremony/reception.
Our cancellation policy in our Wedding Event Contract states that:
“Renter is responsible for paying an event deposit in the amount of $1,500 and a cleaning deposit of $300. The
event deposit is fully refundable if the event is cancelled within two weeks after booking and is non-refundable thereafter. Cancellation
at any time incurs a $300 documentation fee that will be deducted from the event deposit.”
The Officiants, that we partner with, at Forge Social House will ensure that you are informed and prepared with the correct documents in a timely manner.
